How to make a purchase
To make a purchase at you must go through these 5 steps:

1) Find the item(s) you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart, then go to checkout.
2) Choose delivery type
3) Enter your personal details
4) Select delivery place and payment method
4) Accept our terms and conditions
5) Verify all entered details and complete your purchase

At you can only order items through our website. If you have questions about items not on the website, you are welcome to contact me.

All prices include VAT and other fees. The prices are current prices. Boardgamer reserves the right to make price changes and accepts no liability for any typos or inventory errors.

Shipping to your address
The price of shipping depends on your place of residence.

In the lower right corner of the website you can see how much it costs to ship a package to your country.

Delivery is carried out by GLS, who collaborate with local courier services around Europe. You can find delivery times and read more about GLS at

The delivery time is calculated from the dispatch time (normally at 15:00 CET every day).

You can always see the next dispatch time in the cart in the upper right corner.

In other words: If you order a game on Monday at 23:00, we will dispatch it Tuesday at 15:00 (CET).

Delivery times are stated by GLS. Boardgamer is not responsible for delayed shipments if we have dispatched your package(s) in time.

Shipping outside the EU
We do not ship to addresses outside the EU.


Boardgamer reserves the right to make price changes and accepts no liability for any typos or inventory errors. 

If you change your mind about a purchase (Right of cancellation) 
You have a 90-day right to cancel any purchase made at The right of cancellation starts on the day you receive your order. 

The right of cancellation applies to all purchases regardless of payment method used. 

Packaging and the condition of returned purchases 
The right of cancellation can only be used if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity. 

You are only liable for any loss of value that has arisen from handling other than what is necessary to determine the kind, quality and use of the item. In other words – you can handle the item the same way as in a physical store. 

If the item is handled more than this, we consider it as used, which mean you will only get a part of or none of the purchase value upon return, depending on the condition and value of the item. 

To receive the full refund of the purchase amount you may do the same as in a physical store. You may try the item but not use it as such. Any wrapping must not have been removed.

You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount 
If you use your right of cancellation we will refund the full amount paid by you, including shipping costs, without undue delay and under no circumstances no later than 14 days after we receive word that you want to cancel the purchase. We send the refund through the same payment method as you used for the initial purchase, unless we explicitly make another arrangement with you. 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s), unless you have forwarded documentation proving that you have sent the item(s). 

You will only have to pay the postage to have the item(s) returned to us. 

What do I need to include when returning an item?

If there is a problem with the item(s) (Claims)  

When you buy through you have 24 months' right to make claims. That means you can either get the item(s) repaired, replaced, get a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. 

The claim must obviously be valid, and the defect cannot have come from incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour. 

How soon must I make a claim? 
You must make a claim within ”reasonable time” after having detected the problem with the item(s). We recommend you state your claim as soon as possible. If you make your claim within two months of discovering the problem, the claim will always be considered to be timely. 

We refund reasonable shipping costs 
If the claim is valid, we refund your (reasonable) shipping costs incurred when you send the item(s) back to us.

When you return the item(s), please state the nature of the problem in as much detail as possible. 

Please note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similarly. 

Please remember always to return items in proper packaging, and get a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Storage of personal information (Privacy policy)  

To be able to do business with us through we need the following information about you:

We store your personal information so we are able to deliver the item to you. 

Your personal data is registered by Boardgamer and stored for five years before being deleted. 

When we collect personal data through our website, we make sure it happens with your explicit consent so you know exactly what information we collect and for what purpose. 

The owner of Boardgamer is responsible for the collected data and has access to the information collected on you. 

We do not store or transfer customer information encrypted. 

Information given to will in no way be given or sold to third party, and we store no private information. 

You always have the right to object to the collection of information at Boardgamer. You also have the right to know what information we have stored about you. These rights are guaranteed in the Act on Processing of Personal Data, and you can contact Boardgamer if you have any queries or concerns at
